Fabrication Specification for Mortuary Refrigerator of Busung Freezer Industrial Co., Ltd.
1) Casing
- The material is used 1.2T of electric galvanized steel sheet (EGI) which has mechanical feature,
hardness, flexure, shape, dimension and thickness. These are in accordance with KSD 3528
- The coating method is spray coating with a coating film thickness of 20μ ±1 using powder coating. Dry for
20 minutes at a temperature of 130 ℃.
- The standard color is ivory.
- It should be easy assembling structure. In case of A/S, it should be manufactured easy disassembling for
the repairing in convenience.
2) Condenser
-The thermocouple must be a seamless phosphorus deoxidized copper tube (KSD 5301) or equivalent
with a purity of 99% or higher, and there should be the uniformity of the copper tube and no harmful
have sufficient thermal contact surface.
- It uses the FIN which is 0.11T of Aluminum foil with a purity of 99.9% or more.
It should be coated with thermosetting resin on FIN in order to improve excellent corrosion resistance and
thermal efficiency.
- It should be implemented for the pressure test at 37.5kg/cm2.G, and the airtight test at a pressure of
25kg/cm2.G or above. There should be no abnormalities such as leakage and deformation.
3) Hermetic reciprocating compressor (Compressor)
- The compressor is an internationally verified hermetic compressor.
- Use alternative refrigerants R-134 and R-404 for refrigerant.
- When connecting the compressor with pipe, the welding area is
coated with an anticorrosion paint, and wiring use a contactor.
- To protect the winding of the compressor motor, it is used the Compressor
overload relay F.O.C.R or the overload protector MPDULE to prevent from the damage to the motor.
- When assembling the compressor with the base, vibration-proof rubber and vibration-proof spring are
used to prevent from the vibration.
- It is installed a CHARGE NIPPLE on the compressor for refrigerant supplement and air tightness test.
- Make sure to drive the compressor at about 70% of the maximum load.
4) Fan for condenser
- Make sure to use a fan with a low-noise propeller type, and it should be able to blow a sufficient air for
condensation.
- It has sufficient strength for the required RPM, and performs static and dynamic balance tests for a quiet
operation.
- The motor is insulation class F, and its structure and general characteristics are in accordance with KSC
4201~4206 conformity.
- The drive method is a direct connection method.
5) Control box and operation panel
- Make it possible to display various operating conditions of the device. (run/stop, defrost timer switch,
temperature controller, thermometer and various indicators)
- All parts should have no abnormality in the withstand voltage test.
6) Evaporator
- The thermocouple must be a seamless phosphorus deoxidized copper tube (KSD 5301) or equivalent
with a purity of 99% or higher, and there should be the uniformity of the copper tube and no harmful
defects in use.
- As for the copper tube and the FIN, these are mechanically expanded and closely contacted so that they
have sufficient thermal contact surface.
- It uses the FIN which is 0.11T of Aluminum foil with a purity of 99.9% or higher. It should be coated with
thermosetting resin on FIN in order to improve excellent corrosion resistance and thermal efficiency.
- It should be implemented for the pressure test at 22kg/cm2.G, and the airtight test at a pressure of
15kg/cm2.G or above. There should be no abnormalities such as leakage and deformation.
7) Fan for Evaporator
- Make sure to use a fan with a low-noise propeller type, and it should be able to blow a sufficient air for
condensation.
- It has sufficient strength for the required RPM, and performs static and dynamic balance tests for a quiet
operation.
- The motor is insulation class F, and its structure and general characteristics are in accordance with
KSC 4201~4206 conformity.
- The drive method is a direct connection method.
8) Piping for Refrigerant
- For the thermocouple, use a non-seamless phosphorus deoxidized copper tube (KSD 5301) with a
purity over 99% or equivalent one, and there should be uniformity of the copper tube and no harmful
defects in use.
- Make sure to be minimized bends during piping work.
- After the piping is installed, perform a leak test with nitrogen gas to confirm no abnormality.
9) Insulation for Refrigerant pipe
- Insulation of the pipe is made as the same size as the copper pipe.
- Make sure that there are no cracks in the seam of the insulation material.
- Insulation is carried out by wrapping with primary vinyl, insulating secondary, and applying maximum
pressure with the tape for cooler. (Pipe is applied when installing outdoor unit)
10) Protection device
- Over current relay, Module, Fusible plug, Fuse
- Expansion valve
- Use a thermostatic expansion valve or capillary tube (2.2~2.6mm).
- When using a thermosensitive type, be careful about the sensing point.
- When using a capillary tube, wind it using a 50mm tube and install it.
- Insert the capillary tube sufficiently into the pipe to avoid clogging the welding area before welding.
11) Defrost water evaporator
- Create a clean and hygienic environment by installing a forced or automatic evaporator
